Accommodation

Looking for suitable accommodation?
We are here to help!

Choosing where to stay
MDI is a non-residential college; however, an accommodation list is available by contacting the college Chaplain. The accommodation list contains digs, apartments and houses. There are a limited number of student apartments available on the DCU campus for MDI students

For more information on DCU campus accommodation, visit:
www.roomsatdcu.com

How much will it cost?
Costs vary depending on the type of accommodation you choose, whether it is digs, an apartment or a room.

Prices for self-catering accommodation can start at €75 per week for a standard single room, to €140 per week for full board accommodation, including your own room and meals.

Advice to Students
It is always recommended to visit student accommodation before making a booking.

Normally, students will be required to pay a deposit in advance (usually the first month’s rent plus a month’s deposit).

It is important to factor in the cost of bills when choosing suitable accommodation.

Some providers will offer a room with all bills included whilst other providers may require bills separate. Typical bills include electricity, refuse, TV and internet.
